Cloud Infrastructure Technical Consultant
We seek an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Technical Consultant to collaborate with the sales and service delivery teams on Cloud Infrastructure and migration projects for enterprise and government sector accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute migration projects, including on-premises to Microsoft 365 and cloud-to-cloud migrations.
- Assess existing infrastructure, identify potential risks, and develop strategies for successful migration.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Use industry-leading tools such as ShareGate, BitTitan, Quest Migration Manager, Microsoft Migration Tool, and Hybrid Configuration Wizard.
- Implement and manage Entra ID (Azure AD) Connect, hybrid identity synchronization, and authentication mechanisms (Single Sign-On, MFA, Conditional Access).
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant configurations, licensing, and user management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
- Manage email security, spam filtering, and compliance policies using Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Exchange Online Protection (EOP).
- Configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, and sensitivity labels to enhance data security.
- Optimize Microsoft Teams administration, including policy management, guest access, meeting configurations, and Teams Voice integration.
- Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and OneDrive configurations, permissions, and data governance settings.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and support end-users and IT teams on Microsoft 365 best practices.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates, migration trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migration projects.
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Security & Compliance.
- Deep understanding of hybrid Exchange environments, email coexistence, and cutover/staged migrations.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of DNS management, mail flow, and SMTP relay configurations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, compliance policies, and data loss prevention (DLP).
- Hands-on experience with data governance, retention policies, and security configurations in Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions for Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 licenses, groups, policies, and tenant settings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Specialist
- ITIL v4 Foundation (Preferred)
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API (a plus).
